It’s called the Blogiversary Database, maintained by bRight & Early Blog.

Now bloggers can add their information to the database. On their anniversary date (blogiversary) a link to their blog will be displayed on any site that has added the code. I’ve also set it up to display yesterday’s and tomorrow’s blogiversaries.
