MLB Teams are wrapping up spring training and getting ready to start the 2011 season. That’s it for sports for now.

State and local news will go under this category, and show up in the home page right where you see it now. Of course when there are real stories, this post will go away, or at least be pushed way down by the newer content.

This is something posted in the category “National News”. What will (eventually, hopefully) be here are original news stories by blogging journalists on items of national interest.

This post is another featured post, written just to get some content for theme testing. One thing I can’t figure out in the them I’m testing is how to get it to add some of the text from the post! That doesn’t seem right.

I am playing around a bit with the theme for the main site. I know, that’s not really original reporting. Sorry about that. Normally this would be the type of post you will find on the “Blog” side. I am including it here, just because I need some extra content to test out the new theme.

Once again I am working on Blog News Co-op, this time on the main site. This is where you will find the latest stories and original reporting. As our description says, Blog News Co-op is “Original reporting – by bloggers, for bloggers”. It is also our goal. I will have more on this soon, but for now, just a little information as sort of a place holder.

The “Blog” of BNC can still be found here. That part of the site will become more for site information and the like. Original stories will be here on the “front” of the site.
